    1. Thank you for the comment, Justyna! How old is your child? Did he/she start speaking some German yet? It is always nice to know that you are not alone in raising your children trilingual and have other parents support. I will definitely let you know if I come across a family like yours! And you are welcome to post your question regarding other families with this language combination on Raising a Trilingual Child Facebook page .

  3. Hello, my husband and I live in the U.S and are raising a child to speak Polish, Spanish and English. I speak only Spanish to him and my husband and mother in-law who watches him 5 hours a day only speak Polish to him. I read to him in Spanish and English as well as sing songs in both. HIs receptive language is very developed in both Polish and Spanish and it has been amazing to observe. On the other hand is expressive language has been developing very slowly, He says 5 words in Spanish and two in English. When I see other children his age who are only exposed to English say so many words I get discouraged and worried, however I continue to stimulate his expressive language as much as possible. Any suggestions or experiences would be helpful.
    Thanks.
